Terms of Rental

  • 25% of the total rental fee is due 10 days after placement of order. Remaining balance can be paid by or on delivery (with the exception of tent rentals, see below).
  • A valid credit card or cash deposit is required on all orders.
  • Initial rental fee is based on a one day rental. Rental fees for more than one day are prorated (inquire for extended rental pricing).
  • We offer both delivery and pick-up (please see delivery) and customer pick-up and return (will call).
  • Any will calls not returned by closing of the day they are due back will incur extended rental fees.
  • Changes may be made up to 48 hours prior to scheduled delivery or customer pick-up date based on inventory availability (with the exception of tent rentals, see below).
  • Orders cancelled without 48 hours prior notice to scheduled delivery date will incur a 25% service fee (minimum $25.00).

Terms of Tent Rentals

  • 25% of the rental is due 10 days after placing the order, along with a signed tent contract. This is a non-refundable deposit. The balance of the rental is due 10 days prior to the delivery date.
  • A valid credit card or cash deposit is required on all orders.
  • Staking of pole tents into asphalt will incur additional charges. We cannot stake into concrete (frame tent required).
  • It is the customers’ responsibility to have an adequate, obstruction-free area to accommodate the tent size ordered (tent contract will state area needed). No refunds will be given if area is too small to fit tent.
  • Tent cancellation is as follows:
    • 10 or less days prior to delivery is 75% of the tent rental only.
    • 11 or more days prior to delivery is 25% of the tent rental only (minimum of $50.00).

Delivery Terms

  • Delivery rates vary depending on your location and the size of your order. Inquire for pricing.
  • All deliveries are scheduled for 1-3 days prior to your event and all pick-ups are scheduled for 1-3 days after your event, at our discretion.
  • Deliveries and pick-ups are made between the hours of 8:00am & 4:30pm Monday-Friday during our Fall/Winter hours (October through April) and between 7:00am & 5:00pm Monday-Sunday during our Spring/Summer hours (May through September).
  • If a specific time is needed for either delivery or pick-up other than the times listed above, an additional charge will apply. Inquire for availability and pricing.
  • All deliveries and pick-ups are tailgate only. If there are stairs, an elevator or a long carry involved, extra charges will apply. Inquire for pricing.

Additional Services

Additional services may be added to your order for a nominal fee. Please inquire for pricing.

  • Carry Up & Carry Down via Stairs or Elevator
  • Set up & Knock Down (furniture only)
  • Specific Time Delivery & Pickup
  • Wash Charge (dinnerware, glassware, flatware & cookware)
  • Computer Aided Drawing (no charge)

Conditions of Rental

  • Check order carefully once received for shortages and/or damage. Notify us IMMEDIATELY for replacement if available. Claims should be made to (716) 895-4321 during our normal business hours or to 716-908-8399 anytime outside our normal business hours. No claims will be honored after use.
  • There are NO REFUNDS for any unused items once your order is accepted.
  • Customer will be billed for lost or damaged items. Customer is responsible to protect items from weather and theft.
  • Extra services are not included in basic rental, such as set up/knock down of furniture, cleaning, or anything other than tailgate delivery/pick-up.
  • Linen must be free of garbage and kept dry. If linen is left wet, mildew may form, ruining the cloth, and incurring replacement charges.
  • ALL china, glassware, flatware and kitchen equipment (food pans, sheet trays, etc.) must be rinsed and free of food before returning, to avoid additional charges.
  • All deliveries/pick-ups are tailgate only, unless otherwise arranged prior to delivery.
  • Upon pick-up, ALL furniture must be knocked down and restacked in the same fashion it was received on delivery, unless otherwise arranged for, to avoid additional charges.
  • Lessee shall not remove from premises, sublet, or in any manner dispose of same without owner’s consent.
  • Lessee agrees to hold lessor harmless from any liability from use of above equipment.
  • Lessee agrees that all charges for rental, damages, cleaning fees, etc. will be paid and if necessary, any collection fees, court costs or other expenses involved will be borne by him/her.
