Conditions of Rental
  • Avoid extra charges.
  • Check order carefully BEFORE and AFTER use for shortages and damages. Notify us IMMEDIATELY for repair or replacement. No claim will be honored after use. All claims should be made to 716-895-4321 or 1-800-836-3173.
  • Charges are for rental per day unless otherwise specified.
  • Extra services are not included in basic rental rates, such as set-up and knock-down, and delivery to other than dock door.
  • Customer will be billed for loss or damaged items. Protect from weather and theft. Our insurance does not cover our equipment unless it is in our possession.
  • Linen must be dry and free of garbage. No refunds on unused linens.
  • Silver service MUST be rinsed immediately after use to avoid damage to plating. DO NOT use cleaners or polishers.
  • China, glassware and flatware must be rinsed before packing in original containers, which must be returned.
  • Delivery and pick-up from tailgate of our truck ONLY, unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
  • Lessee shall not remove from premises, sub-let, or in any other manner dispose of same without consent of owner.
  • Lessee agrees to hold lesser harmless from any liability from use of above equipment.
  • Lessee agrees that all charges for rental, damage, cleaning, etc. will be paid and that if necessary, any collection fees, court costs or other expenses involved will be borne by him
  • Orders cancelled or changed without 48 hours prior notice to scheduled delivery or will-call will incur a 25% service fee (minimum $3.00).
  • A 2% per month late payment fee will be levied on all past due accounts, commencing on end of month following invoice date (minimum $2.00/month).
